How do i pay?

You can pay by cheque or Postal Order, to pay using these methods please e-mail me so I can reserve the item you want to purchase. Cheques are to be made payble to Rachel Bishop. If payment has not been received after 7 days I will place the item for sale again. For cheque payments, please allow up to 7 days to receive your purchase.

You can also pay with your credit card via paypal. My Paypal address is www.bishopphillips@hotmail.com.

What about Postage?

Posting and packing is £2.50 per order

All items are sent by recorded delivery - this does not insure jewellery.

Special delivery - insures up to £250 - is available for £4.95.

What about Returns?

If any item is damaged within 14 days of purchase, i am more than happy to either repair the item or offer a refund (minus the posting and packing).

Due to hygiene reasons I cannot accept refunds on earrings but will be more than happy to fix the item if it is broken within 14 days of receipt. This applies to general wear and tear only.

What About Privacy & Security?

Puffafish Jewellery respects the privacy of all visitors to this website. Your details will not be passed or sold to any third party.

Payments are taken via the Paypal secure payments service. Your card details are not taken directly by Puffafish Jewellery and you will be transferred to an SSL protected, secure server for the purpose of the payment.
